AI-Driven Transformation for Global Supply Chains

Through this collaboration, the company plans to strengthen its operational capabilities using AI-driven insights and automation. The implementation of AI technologies will help the company manage increasingly complex supply chain environments while improving speed and decision-making across global operations.

“Infosys brings proven leadership in AI and large-scale digital transformation, making them an ideal choice as we continue to modernize our global supply chain,” said Hari Kumar Rajendran, Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Incora.

“This alliance allows us to apply advanced AI capabilities in a practical, enterprise-wide way. Together, we are building a foundation that enables Incora to better serve our customers today and adapt to the future of aerospace and defense supply chains,” he added.

Leveraging AI Platforms for Enterprise Operations

As part of the partnership, Infosys will deploy a non-intrusive AI platform designed to harmonize data and processes across Incora’s systems without interrupting day-to-day operations.

The platform will unify data across multiple enterprise systems, helping Incora streamline workflows and improve supply chain performance.

According to Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys, the collaboration represents a major opportunity to combine industry expertise with AI-driven transformation.

“Supply chain transformation at this scale requires deep industry expertise and a strong AI foundation,” said Singh. “By applying Infosys Topaz and the EdgeVerve AI Next Platform, we are working with Incora to orchestrate complex, multi-system environments, reduce operational friction, and enable faster, more informed decision-making across its global enterprise.”
